Tora from Georgia

Tora, born in 2018, is a sweet, playful, and energetic African American girl. She enjoys listening to music, singing and dancing to her favorite shows, watching tv, and riding her bike. At school, she is playful with her peers and enjoys art. Tora needs a loving adoptive family who will give her the attention, support, encouragement, structure, and nurturing environment she needs to continue to thrive and reach her full potential. Her family will also need to support Tora’s desire to maintain her relationship with her foster family.
