Ari from Hong Kong

Ari has made a remarkable adjustment since her placement, where she has benefited from a stable environment and consistent support. Ari loves dancing, jumping rope, chatting and playing with her friends. Her favorite treats are chips, ice cream, and soft drinks, but she rarely gets ice cream or soft drinks as they think it flares her asthma. She dislikes vegetables and fruits. She enjoys visual arts and physical education classes, but does not like Chinese language, English language, or mathematics. During this visit, Ari independently made a beaded bracelet. She measured and cut the elastic cord, secured one end with a clip to stop the beads from slipping off, threaded the beads in her chosen sequence, and tied a secure knot at the end. She also drew detailed portraits of the social workers, accurately capturing facial features as well as the patterns and colors of their clothing. Additionally, she enthusiastically taught the social workers dance moves from some of her favorite song and performed along with good coordination and rhythm. We believe Ari can reach her full potential with a faithful family! There is also a $7,000 scholarship available to the qualified family. We do not know how much longer Ari's file will be available, time is of the essence!
