Alex from Pennsylvania

Alex is a young man who is focused on self-improvement. He's a compassionate person, who, while he makes mistakes (as all of us do!), is always quick to try and fix them while apologizing and showing remorse. Alex works on his coping skills on a regular basis, and he's quick to use them when he can and when he's having a rough day. He loves being outside, often wanting to just go on a walk-and-talk instead of sitting somewhere and having a conversation. While outside, Alex likes playing different sports, though his favorite is probably basketball. Speaking of favorites, his favorite subject in school is science, and he has such a creative mind! Alex loves engaging in art projects, drawing with colored pencils, and making LEGO creations he's eager to show off. Alex has several connections to family members, as well as to different workers he's built positive relationships with during his time in care. This contact occurs primarily via virtual means, such as over the phone or via video visits. Due to Alex's age, termination of parental rights is not required for adoption to occur.
