Andy from Pennsylvania

Andy is a curious and friendly individual. Others have described him as smart, a good listener, and with a good sense of humor - he enjoys finding humor in the small things around him. His laughs are often infectious, so be ready to laugh. To keep him comfy, he will snuggle up with a soft object, like a weighted dinosaur plushy, or snuggle under a thick blanket when he is napping. Andy enjoys the movement of a car and, if he can, he would sit in a car for three hours. The destination does not matter to Andy; he is just happy to be on the move. Walking and being on the move outside are other activities Andy enjoys. Food is the way to Andy's heart; his attention is easily grasped while he is eating. Andy enjoys snacks that he can eat with his hands. He especially likes goldfish and popcorn. Due to Andy's age, termination of parental rights is not required for adoption to occur.
