Ciara from Pennsylvania

Ciara also goes by "CiCi" and describes herself as funny, kind, resilient and patient. CiCi wishes for a stable and loving family who can help her make her dreams come true. CiCi enjoys cooking and spending time in the kitchen. After making something tasty, she's always up for watching a movie or listening to music. CiCi has dreams of being an actress and aspires to be like one of her favorite actresses: Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, and Viola Davis. CiCi recently started working at a daycare where she is thriving and loves working with toddlers. She is excited to start saving her money to purchase a car as she plans on getting her driver's license soon. Due to CiCi's age, termination of parental rights is not required for adoption to occur.
