Ciera from Pennsylvania

Ciera is a vivacious teen who enjoys cooking, doing hair, coloring, and shopping. Ciera is currently in high school and involved in the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) program at her school. She is brave, smart, and kind. Like most teenage girls, Ciera enjoys spending time with her friends and being on social media. Ciera wants to be a realtor or a hairstylist when she gets older. You can tell from her photo that she loves to have her hair and nails done. Her favorite food is Alfredo sauce, and she loves to make it herself at home. Ciera is already looking ahead to her future and is interested in working and preparing for adulthood. She currently has contact with her biological family and identifies them as some of her support people. Ciera identifies as Muslim and would like to find a family that is supportive of her continuing to practice her faith. Ciera would benefit from a family that is willing to prepare her for adulthood and guide her through her teenage years. Ciera is motivated and determined to achieve her future goals.
