Devon from Pennsylvania

Devon is a smart, creative, and intelligent young man. He describes himself as kind, determined, and sarcastic. He enjoys drawing, playing card games, and reading. Devon also enjoys creating new groups and empowering those around him to be themselves. Devon enjoys creating comics about his past. He noted that this is helpful to him to process his past. In his free time, Devon enjoys being outside and exploring. He also enjoys hiking and swimming in the summer and going for walks. He enjoys learning new things, cracking jokes, and making sarcastic comments. Devon is currently in the 8th grade. He enjoys school and does well. Devon's favorite classes are language arts and science. He stated he likes science because he gets to learn how things work and complete experiments. Devon would do well with a family willing to slowly build a relationship with him. He needs time to build a trusting relationship. He loves animals and would love to have pets. He does well with other children and would be open to having siblings in the home. Devon noted he would prefer to have his own room and space. He is interested in a family that will provide him with love and support while continuing to help him grow and explore who he is. Parental rights have been terminated for Devon.
