Dwayne from Pennsylvania

Dwayne is a young man with a fun personality and love of all things Philly! Dwayne enjoys playing video games, football and basketball, riding dirt bikes and e-bikes, and hanging out with friends. He prefers to find a two-parent home in an urban area. Dwayne identifies as part Puerto-Rican and would like to find a family with a similar background, if possible. He is open to a home with other children. Dwayne has informal phone contact with some of his birth family, and he would like this type of contact to continue. Parental rights have not been terminated for Dwayne; however, once a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
