Hailey from Pennsylvania

Meet Hailey! She is a sweet, ambitious, and intelligent teenaged young lady. She can be quiet and reserved at first but is very kind and polite. Once she gets to know you, she opens up and shows her amazing personality. Hailey loves to take care of her appearance. She enjoys doing her makeup and hair. She does her hair herself and is proud of the hairstyles that she creates. She also enjoys coloring her hair fun colors! Hailey is quite athletic and enjoys being a part of the track and field team at school. She has previously participated in cheerleading but has chosen to focus her energy on track and field instead. She is ambitious and has a goal to get straight As during this school year. Hailey is open to many different family dynamics and believes she will know if a family is a good match when she meets them. Parental rights have not been terminated for Hailey; however, once a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
