Jem from Pennsylvania

Jem is a resilient teen with a great sense of humor who describes herself as observant, protective, and honest. If there is one thing that Jem wants you to know about her, it's her love for horses. She has experience in riding and has owned a horse in the past. In fact, when she grows up, Jem wants to be a professional horseback rider! Jem also loves the color purple, cheesecake, horror movies, and diamond art. When asked about her strengths, Jem's first answer was "horseback riding." However, she is also proud of her ability and desire to care about others. Jem is open to a variety of family dynamics and looks forward to establishing wonderful lifelong family relationships. She wants to find a family that will allow her to open up at her own pace and will be supportive of her interests and opportunities for personal growth. Due to Jem's age, termination of parental rights is not required for adoption to occur.
