Joey from Pennsylvania

Joey is a creative and imaginative young man with a sweet personality. He likes taking pictures and making crafts, especially around the holidays. He would love to have a family that makes crafts together and decorates the house with them! He is very loving, caring, and affectionate. He loves giving hugs to people he cares about. He looks out for his friends and cares about their well-being. He enjoys hands-on activities, such as playing with Play-Doh, slime, and building with LEGO blocks. He enjoys blowing bubbles, riding his bike, and playing outside. Joey has a lot of energy and likes to let it out by running around or jumping on a trampoline. Joey is also a fan of toy cars and other vehicles, action figures, and farm animals. He is funny. He enjoys being silly and laughing, and he likes making other people laugh. He loves watching funny cat videos. Joey is resilient, determined, curious, and helpful. He loves going out to dinner and to the barber shop for a haircut. Joey has enjoyed riding horses in the past. He enjoys playing independently but gets along well with older children. Parental rights have been terminated for Joey.
