Joey from Pennsylvania

"I am happy!" Joey Is a cheerful, smart, and energetic boy who often says, "I am happy!" He spends his days playing with his friends, learning at daycare, and looking forward to starting preschool in autumn 2026. Joey has many favorite things he would be excited to share with you. He enjoys music and has favorite songs, such as "Dream a Little Dream" which he often sweetly asks to be sung to him. During mealtimes, he will ask for his "hungry song" (which is what he calls the "Star Wars" theme) because he enjoys hearing it while he eats his favorite foods. Joey also loves walking to his favorite park, and he will happily lead you there because he's great with directions and can often guide the way. When back home, he enjoys watching his favorite Sesame Street character "Elmo" and playing with his trucks. Joey's joy and affection warm the hearts of everyone around him. Currently, he has monthly visits with his father in the southeast region of PA and a potential family will need to be able to support this relationship. Parental rights have not been terminated for Joey; however, once a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
