Joseph from Pennsylvania

Joseph is a sweet boy who requires some extra love and care (and has just as much love to give!!). His smile is sure to melt anyone's heart, and he loves to show it off! Joseph is content spending his time relaxing to Disney movies and listening to classical, soft music. He enjoys the familiarity of the sounds of other kids around him, and he lights up when others speak to him in Spanish. He would really love a forever family who wants to include him in their family activities. Joseph especially likes to marvel at toys with lights and/or sounds. He loves squeezing his Squishmallows, and comfy, fleece blankets. Joseph also loves fuzzy, warm socks. He recently received a projector for his room that projects dinosaurs and planets on the ceiling. How fun! He can always be found wearing a comfy and stylish outfit and enjoys relaxing. Parental rights have not been terminated for Joseph; however when a permanent resource is identified the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
