Matilda from Pennsylvania

Matilda is a fun-loving and goofy child who can often be found dancing along to music on her iPad. She has a big imagination and loves building with her mega tiles, as well as spending time playing with her dolls and beloved "stuffies." Snacks are another favorite of hers--especially chips and brownies. Full of life and curiosity, Matilda experiences the world in her own unique way. As she continues to grow, she is becoming more confident, adventurous, and willing to try new things. While she may seem shy at first, her sweet and lovable personality quickly shines through. She is affectionate, enjoys a good snuggle, and often finds comfort in playing independently and using her imagination. Recently, Matilda has developed an interest in watching videos and teaching herself American Sign Language, showing both her curiosity and determination to learn new skills. As she continues to come out of her shell, small glimpses of her growing confidence start to appear--an extra smile, a quiet laugh, or the courage to join in a game she once only watched. She may prefer calm activities or one-on-one interactions where she feels safe to express herself at her own pace. Parental rights have not been terminated for Matilda.
