Matthew from Pennsylvania

Matthew is a thoughtful, imaginative young person who thrives on connection, creativity, and shared experiences. One of Matthew's greatest joys is spending quality time with others and is hoping to be part of a family that enjoys being together, whether that's sitting around the table playing board games, going out to eat, or sharing everyday moments. When asked what he wants, Matthew always responds: "a caring family." He loves board games like Life and Monopoly, where he enjoys strategy, planning, and friendly competition. His curiosity and problem-solving skills shine through in his dream of becoming a tech engineer someday. Matthew has an active imagination and would love to create his own video game where the player is part of an alien species taking over the Earth. He truly has an innovative mind and excels at storytelling, technology, and innovation. He finds comfort and balance through meditation, doodling, and listening to music (for its rhythm rather than the words!) His fascination with World War II, and history in general reflects his curiosity about how the past shapes the future. Matthew is adventurous when it comes to food--he loves to cook and try all kinds of cuisine but especially enjoys going out to eat as a family.
