Maui from Pennsylvania

Maui is energetic and loves attention. He really enjoys reading, especially "The Wild Robot," and was recognized as the best reader in one of his classes. Maui's favorite movie is "Moana," and he even drew a volcano as he excitedly talked about the movie. Maui enjoys coloring and drawing, especially if he can use his favorite color, red. He likes sports and notes that he has been the goalie in soccer. Maui loves school, and his favorite classes are math and English. He really likes music, and his favorite song is "Oops, I Did It Again" by Britney Spears, but he likes pop, country, and rap music the most. When he grows up, he would like to be a police officer or work for the FBI. Maui noted he would like to live in or near a small town or rural area. He would love for a family to cook his favorite meals, which are macaroni and cheese and hot dogs. He would also like to travel to Hawaii one day. Maui noted he really likes pets and would like to have a dog, cat, or turtle, but he is okay with other pets. Parental rights have not been terminated for Maui; however, once a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
