Noah from Pennsylvania

Anyone who knows Noah describes him as a gentle soul who loves giving and receiving affection. He enjoys being tickled and hugged! His sweet smile and loving personality bring extra joy to everyone. Noah is very active and has a curious mind. He enjoys playing with fidget toys and manipulating the gears and wheels of toy cars. Noah loves playing outside whenever he can. He enjoys swimming, jumping on a trampoline, and swinging on a swing set. He also enjoys taking car rides and shopping at the grocery store. At home, you can often find Noah snuggled on the couch watching his favorite movies: "Moana," "Finding Dory," "Despicable Me," and "The Lorax." Parental rights have not been terminated for Noah.
