Noel from Pennsylvania

Noel is an energetic and bubbly teen with an outgoing personality. Noel can be both a girlie-girl as well as an all-out tom-boy! She loves riding dirt bikes and playing in the mud, but she can be just as happy getting her nails and hair done! Noel does well in school. Her academic goals include completing her high school education and then moving on to earning a college degree and/or cosmetology degree. Noel is an avid reader and also loves to write and create stories. Some of her goals are focused on obtaining a degree in literature and creative writing. Parental rights have not been terminated for Noel.
