Leah is a smart, sweet, and kind young person who enjoys socializing and staying connected with friends through her phone and social media. She loves shopping and has become more open to trying new experiences. She's currently active in two sports: softball and soccer. Soccer is her favorite; however, she remains committed to putting in the effort and continues to work on her softball skills outside of practice. She also enjoys skating and looks forward to learning to swim.
Leah has a creative side and enjoys artistic activities, such as painting and drawing. She's excited about her future, as she's been accepted into a cosmetology program at her school for next year and is looking forward to beginning that journey. She's a part of a sibling group with her younger sister, Starr, and they need to be placed together. She loves her sister and is both kind and supportive towards her. She enjoys her personal space but also values a strong family dynamic. She can be placed with other children and loves animals. Leah and Starr also have a supportive adult in their life whom they deeply care for and would like to maintain that connection.
Starr is a kind and sweet young lady. Once you build a safe and kind rapport with her, you'll get hugs all the time! She enjoys watching videos on her tablet, and her favorite shows are "Peppa Pig" and "Bluey." Some of her favorite foods are bananas, grapes, butter noodles, and pizza. She's learning new things and is currently enjoying skating. She has her own skates and hopes you would like to skate with her. She loves being outside, running around, and skating. She's very helpful and loving. She enjoys her own personal space but also enjoys hanging out with her sister and supportive adults.
Starr and her sibling, Leah, are open to all family types but prefer a two-parent household.
Parental rights have not been terminated for Leah and Starr.
