Steve from Pennsylvania

Michael is a sweet, kind, and energetic boy who enjoys musical toys, clapping his hands, and watching colorful cartoons. He is affectionate and loves to squeeze his stuffed animals, which he calls "lovies". He loves to wave "hello" and "goodbye" and always greets everyone with a big smile. Younger brother Steve is spunky, curious, and easy-going. He loves blocks and building, often spending hours making an intricate tower as tall as him! He loves all foods that are soft in texture. He claps his hands and smiles when introduced to someone and is affectionate with adults he trusts. He loves to sit and cuddle with adults with whom he feels safe. The children have in-person visits with their mother, which occur in the southeast region of PA. A family will need to be supportive of their relationship. Parental rights have not been terminated for Michael and Steve; however, once a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
