Zuri from Pennsylvania

Zuri is an engaging, college-bound, thoughtful person approaching adulthood, steeped in individuality and creativity! Zuri enjoys fantasy worlds, dragons, and tabletop adventures like Dungeons & Dragons. They also love video games and recently completed a self-guided project evaluating them over the decades. They enjoy connecting with others, whether through tabletop games, discussions of fantasy novels, or playing video games together! Zuri connects with rock and metal bands such as Five Finger Death Punch, Evanescence, and Pantera. Zuri enjoys being around older teens and peers who share similar interests and values, and who communicate straightforwardly, not just with their friends but with any future family. Zuri has a great appreciation for food and can't pick a favorite. To them, "it's all about taste." The presentation is for the birds, just make sure it's delicious! They are about to graduate and are excited to gain work experience before starting college. They could use a family to help carry boxes up all those steps, though! Zuri would do well in a supportive family that is ready to walk alongside them during the epic adventure of adulthood! If you are an open-minded, calm communicator with an appreciation/a seedling of appreciation for rock, fantasy worlds, and stimulating conversation about life. Due to Zuri's age, termination of parental rights is not required for adoption to occur.
