Abraham from Texas

Abraham is a warm and joyful young boy who takes pride in building his independence and learning new skills. He communicates effectively using a variety of methods, including brief spoken words, gestures, pointing, and sign language, and is able to express his needs and curiosity in meaningful ways. Abraham also demonstrates understanding of select Spanish words. He enjoys lending a helping hand. He is friendly, enjoys interacting with both peers and adults, and brings positive energy to those around him. Abraham especially loves playing with Hot Wheels and dancing to music, where his personality really shines. He is happiest when he has opportunities to make choices, such as selecting what the household watches using the TV remote. He will be a wonderful addition to a loving forever family.

Abraham's family would ideally be patient, compassionate, and understanding with him on a daily basis. His family will be able to meet all of his needs. Abraham would love a family that interacts with him often and assists him in improving his independence skills.
