Alizea from Texas

Alizea is a bright, motivated youth who takes pride in her education and is focused on building a successful future. She consistently makes the A/B Honor Roll and is already taking dual-credit classes, including nursing courses. Alizea enjoys math and science and hopes to attend college and pursue a career in the medical field as either a nurse or a doctor. When she is not studying, Alizea enjoys listening to music, cooking, swimming, and attending church. She especially likes preparing Mexican dishes and has a sweet tooth for cheesecake! She is currently learning how to make tamales. Alizea has a creative side, too! She is currently taking an art class and enjoys drawing, coloring, painting, and writing poetry. She enjoys learning new makeup and hair styles by watching online tutorials. As a bilingual youth who speaks both English and Spanish, Alizea is interested in learning French as well. When it comes to traveling and exploring new places, Alizea would love to visit Colombia, Six Flags, SeaWorld, and the zoo. Alizea likes to stay active by taking walks and running for exercise. Alizea describes herself as someone who is a good listener and a shoulder for others to lean on when they need support.

Alizea's forever family will be one who has the time to go on outings and participate in activities with her. Her family will take time to build trust and spend individual time with her to work on their connection with her. Her forever family will provide consistent structure and supervision. She will thrive in an active family who loves the outdoors as much as she does and just likes to have fun. Alizea wants parents who will support her educational goals. She needs to feel secure, loved, accepted, and given lots of reassurance. Her family will nurture her and show her affection. She will do well in a home with a routine that can also be flexible at times.
