Medlee from Texas

Medlee is a vibrant and determined teen with an energetic personality. She enjoys shopping, riding her bike, and watching teen comedy movies in her free time. Creative and expressive, Medlee loves exploring artistic interests such as journaling, painting, and listening to music, and she almost always has her favorite songs playing through her headphones. Medlee previously played softball and enjoyed being part of a team. She likes staying active by participating in extracurricular activities and is currently working toward earning her driver's license as she looks forward to gaining more independence. Medlee also enjoys preparing her own vegetarian meals and takes pride in making healthy food choices. She has tremendous potential, is a strong self-advocate, and works hard to develop the skills that will help her achieve her future goals.

Medlee's forever family will consist of caregivers who will provide individual attention to her and help her develop her individual identity. They will understand her desire to have contact and continue her relationship with her siblings who she is not placed with. Her family will be patient and willing to meet her in the middle in her efforts to bond with them. An active family that can keep Medlee engaged and active would be the best fit for her.
