Claraa from Vermont

My favorite things: Singing, dancing, arts & crafts, YouTube, soccer, football, swimming, reading, cleaning, hiking, and riding horses. Things I do not like: Rushing, expectations that are too high, treatment discussions without me, blood & needles, bullying, and big groups. Favorite Foods: Hamburgers, hot dogs, steak, waffles, pancakes, raspberries, and iced matcha from Dunkin Donuts. I am particular about many other foods. What I want in a family: I want to be the only kid my age. I like pets. I want to be close to Vermont. I want family members to have patience when I need help and show no judgment. I want to feel listened to and heard. What I want families to know about me: I am outgoing and always ready to help. I like to stay busy and active. I am creative and a little messy. I have some highs and lows, but I am resilient. I have a lot of integrity and empathy. I am nostalgic, compassionate, insightful, and humble. What we want families to know about the youth: Claraa is an incredibly passionate and loving individual. She needs 100% commitment, a family that is open and accepting of LGBTQIA+ identities, and trauma-informed caregivers. She is insightful and a strong advocate for herself. Claraa will do best in a home where she can be someone’s #1 priority, no matter what. She is committed to being the best version of herself.
